It highlights that these practices echo past cases that led to strict judicial measures, such as the closure of certain platforms deemed harmful to social stability, like the “Houyam Star” channel. Among the recommended measures, the Association calls for strengthening digital surveillance tools to identify the sources of funding and the networks operating behind these defamatory campaigns. It also requests the launch of thorough investigations to uncover the true instigators, whether domestic or foreign, and to apply appropriate sanctions against those responsible.
