Abdellatif Hammouchi, a compassionate leader serving the great family of national security

Once again, Abdellatif Hammouchi, Director General of National Security and Territorial Surveillance, proves that leadership is not merely a title, but a true moral and human commitment to the men and women of the police force, whether active or retired.
Under his clear-sighted directives, the Mohammed VI Foundation for Social Works of National Security Employees has granted exceptional financial aid to widows and low-income retirees. This initiative, deeply rooted in solidarity, reflects Mr. Hammouchi’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the social well-being of the security family. A total of 4,226 widows and 572 retirees have benefited from this unprecedented and highly symbolic support.
Mr. Hammouchi’s involvement goes far beyond the announcement. He personally oversaw the process and ensured efficient coordination with the Moroccan Pension Fund to guarantee the swift disbursement of aid starting Wednesday, July 9. His attention to detail highlights his deep respect for those who once served the nation.
Remaining faithful to his human-centered vision of security, Mr. Hammouchi also instructed the Foundation to promptly study the financial situations of a second group of eligible beneficiaries. This ongoing solidarity initiative, driven by his will, embodies a proactive and benevolent social policy.
Through this act, Abdellatif Hammouchi once again affirms that the strength of a security institution lies not only in professional discipline but also in the care and gratitude shown to those who have dedicated their lives to serving the nation.
