End of the deception: Germany confirms Mohamed Hajib’s terrorist profile

The curtain has fallen. On June 16, 2025, the Higher Administrative Court of North Rhine–Westphalia put an end to Mohamed Hajib’s legal maneuvers. In a final and binding ruling, the German judiciary confirmed his classification as a threat to internal security, dismantling all attempts to conceal a past deeply tainted by extremism.

A self-proclaimed activist and controversial YouTuber, Hajib has long tried to portray his legal troubles as a political conspiracy. But the hard facts have prevailed. German courts dismissed his appeal on procedural grounds while upholding the damning findings of the Cologne Administrative Court issued in November 2023.

According to that judgment, Hajib’s trip to Pakistan in 2009 was not spiritual in nature. It followed a suspicious trajectory with jihadist intent, as evidenced by German intelligence services (BfV, BKA) and foreign partner agencies. Troubling farewells to his family, calls from Pakistan, a detour through Iran and Turkey, and potential links to Al-Qaeda make the file both extensive and revealing.

Adding to the evidence were two alerts under the Schengen Information System, reinforcing the security concerns. Far from the oppressed figure he tries to portray online, official documents paint the picture of a man under surveillance due to his criminal history and radical associations.

The June 2025 ruling also exposed a carefully crafted disinformation campaign: that of a radicalized activist using his online presence to attack institutions, slander Morocco, and whitewash his extremist background. But this time, the narrative has collapsed: German justice has spoken with clarity and firmness.

To those still convinced that Hajib is a victim of political persecution, the time has come to face the facts. He is no online hero, but a dangerous man—judged as such by a democratic state, on the basis of solid and verified evidence.
